Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership in heavy-duty service operations.
• Strong financial acumen with budget and profitability experience.
• Experience leading technicians and customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of diesel truck service operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Service Department.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain technicians and supervisors.
• Drive technician productivity and profitability.
• Ensure safe, accurate, on-time repairs.
• Build lasting customer relationships through communication.
• Manage budgets, labor sales, gross profit, and KPIs.
• Promote safety, accountability, teamwork and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and manufacturer standards.
