Qualifications

• Experience leading a service team for heavy trucks.
• Ability to liaison with manufacturers on service bulletins and programs.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with fleet accounts.
• Strong coordination of repair orders with Parts and service teams.
• Comfort with cross-department communication and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage service team and maximize repair process efficiency.
• Liaise with manufacturers regarding service bulletins and programs.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key fleet customers.
• Coordinate with Parts to ensure timely repair orders.
• Communicate opportunities across departments and lead monthly meetings.
• Maintain training certifications and safety standards for technicians.
