• Manages service team to maximize repair process and profitability.
• Liaises with manufacturers for service bulletins and programs.
• Develops relationships with Fleet customers as primary contact.
• Coordinates with Parts to ensure timely repair orders.
• Communicates opportunities across departments; participates in monthly meetings.
• Leads by example with Elite Support and Safety commitments.
• Reports progress to General Manager on issues.
