Qualifications

• Experience as Heavy Diesel Service Manager or Shop Foreman.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop service technicians while fostering a positive shop environment.
• Coordinate daily workflow, prioritize repairs, manage work in progress, and close work orders promptly.
• Monitor repair quality, minimize rework and warranty callbacks, uphold high workmanship standards.
• Use heavy diesel expertise to assist with complex diagnostics and guide technicians to effective solutions.
• Monitor department performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customers receive professional service, clear communication, and dependable solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records, oversee paperwork, and ensure processes are followed consistently.
