The ideal candidate has a technical degree or certification in heavy equipment or diesel technology, plus about 5 years of shop operations and leadership experience and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in shop operations and leadership.
• Technical degree or certification in heavy equipment or diesel technology.
• Valid driver’s license; insurable under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all equipment entering and leaving the shop.
• Create and close work orders.
• Assign technician labor to each unit.
• Manage parts issued and inventory.
• Approve purchases and warranty recovery.
• Ensure preventive maintenance compliance.
• Maintain safety practices and training.
• Document repair history.
