Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Associate Product Manager within ITG Accelerated Technologies in Nashville.

You will work with analysts, designers, engineers, and business partners to guide products from ideation to launch, using data to inform decisions and deliver high-value solutions that support patient care. You will lead agile planning, define KPIs, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate across platform teams to align with business goals while ensuring security and responsible AI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of experience in product management or related field.
1–2 years people management or product team leadership preferred.
Experience with AI-powered development tools to improve developer productivity; preferred.
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, IaC, APIs, microservices, and Kubernetes; preferred.
Understanding enterprise AI governance and security considerations; preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead vision, strategy, and agile planning for products.
Define and track KPIs to measure value of IT investments.
Establish OKRs to define measurable goals and outcomes.
Manage product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and support.
Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and other product teams to design high-value solutions.
Follow incremental delivery with proof of concept and MVP.
Facilitate agile scrum processes and ceremonies.
Drive user-centered design practices and prototyping.
Prioritize features based on data-driven insights and stakeholder input.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders and users.
Monitor healthcare/tech trends to inform product strategy.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and responsible AI policies.
Communicate risks and roadmaps to stakeholders; mitigate where needed.
Maintain visibility of current priorities and future plans.
