Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks a Construction Project Manager in Hawaii to lead the construction of medical facilities from planning through close-out. You will manage site deliverables, schedules, budgets, and safety programs, coordinating with contractors, design consultants, and staff to meet deadlines and stay under budget.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in medical facilities, a BS/MS in Engineering/Construction Management, and preferred healthcare construction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Construction Project Management for medical facilities experience.
• BS or MS in Engineering/Construction Management preferred.
• ASHE HCC preferred; CHC may be accepted in lieu of HCC.

Responsibilities

• Generate project site deliverables, planning, logistics, contract administration and cost management.
• Coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, design consultants and staff to deliver on time and under budget.
• Serve as Project Superintendent, CQM, and SSHO as required by project.
• Oversee onsite operations, ensure contract compliance and safety requirements.
• Attend design kick-off and review meetings; assist in staff development and coordination with corporate office.
