Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a Contract Maintenance Manager to lead the coordination and execution of contract requirements for a major facility project. You will oversee schedule development, safety compliance, and budget management while coordinating internal and subcontracted resources.

The role requires a technical background with extensive experience in healthcare facility operations, OSHA/EPA/NFPA standards, and a strong supervisory skill set.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in medical/health care facility operations, maintenance and renovation.
• Experience with NFPA, EPA, TJC, OSHA codes and standards.
• Knowledge of lab accreditation standards (AIHA, ISO).
• Technically qualified in Healthcare Facilities Maintenance Management.
• Available by phone 24/7; travel to job locations by automobile.
• Spanish speaking is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and coordinate internal and subcontracted resources.
• Supervise staff including union and nonunion personnel.
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed by all employees.
• Manage site milestones and budgets from planning through operations.
• Ensure contract deliverables and reporting are met on time.
