Cohere Health is seeking a client-focused specialist to design and maintain prior authorization automation programs within a small, fast-paced team.

You will consult clients, translate needs into technical blueprints, and work with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve platform functionality. You’ll also analyze authorization data and build dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to inform stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in client-facing roles with demonstrated expertise in building client relationships and driving satisfaction.
• Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminologies, clinical workflows, and regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, plus SQL and self-service BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Consult clients on decision automation and create detailed technical blueprints for development teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to enhance platform functionality and meet client needs.
