Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Principal Consultant to design, develop, and deliver end-user training for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across federal agencies.

You will analyze agency needs, create role-based curricula, and build engaging e-learning and ILT materials to support HR specialists, managers, and employees. This remote role includes up to 10% travel and requires strong authoring tool proficiency, cross-agency collaboration, and the ability to translate complex functions into practical

Qualifications

• 7+ years of instructional design, training development, or training delivery experience.
• Experience translating complex enterprise software functionality into user-friendly training content.
• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI and e-learning authoring standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses for agency migrations and determine delivery modalities.
• Design role-based training curricula for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across HR roles.
• Develop e-learning modules (SCORM/xAPI) using Storyline or Captivate.
• Create ILT materials including facilitator guides, workbooks, and presentations.
• Design train-the-trainer programs to enable internal trainers post go-live.
• Produce job aids and quick reference guides for key Oracle Fusion HCM tasks.
