Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Senior Consultant (HCM Change Management & Training) to lead organizational change management and user adoption for a large federal HCM modernization, deploying Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across agencies.

You will apply Prosci ADKAR, run stakeholder engagement, training programs, readiness assessments, and measure adoption, with travel up to 10% within the Continental US, reporting to the program office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in organizational change management, training development, or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with enterprise IT implementations in federal or large-scale environments.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver multi-channel communications and role-based training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategies for each agency transition wave using Prosci ADKAR, driving adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement planning across HR offices, CIOs, unions, and end-user groups.
• Design and deliver multi-channel communications campaigns including briefings, town halls, intranets, and FAQs.
• Create role-based training curricula for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Conduct readiness assessments and identify gaps with targeted interventions.
• Track adoption metrics and guide sustainment activities.
• Coordinate with functional consultants to reflect federal HR policies in training.
• Develop side-by-side transition guides for legacy to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Plan and facilitate change champion networks and post-go-live support.
