Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Practice/Tech Director to lead agency deployments of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM for federal civilian employees. You will plan migrations from legacy HR systems, manage data migration, security configuration, and training, and ensure zero disruption to HR operations across multiple agencies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of IT project/deployment experience.
Experience leading ERP or HCM system deployments for federal government agencies is preferred.
Proven ability to manage full deployment lifecycles including readiness assessments, cutover planning, go-live, parallel runs, and hypercare.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployment planning and execution for agency transitions to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
Coordinate readiness assessments, data migration readiness, security configuration, and training for agency HR teams.
Develop cutover plans with go/no-go criteria, rollback procedures, and communication plans.
