Qualifications

• 5–8 years of management consulting experience
• Experience with HR/Payroll processes
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with public sector clients

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with public sector clients to design and implement solutions
• Lead and mentor business analyst teams in process analysis and system assessments
• Analyze business operations and develop actionable improvement recommendations
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements
• Support analytical research to align policies with configured functionality
• Apply Agile methodologies to write user stories and monitor development and deployment
• Support testing and reconciliation from the business perspective
• Deliver high-quality reports, process documentation, and client presentations
• Work with project managers to keep projects on time and budget
• Support proposal development and client relationship management
