KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Lead Architect to drive the future-state HCM and Position Control architecture for a large-scale ERP transformation in Nashville, TN. The role requires collaboration across multiple workstreams, governance of data standards, and alignment with regulatory reporting standards.

The candidate will guide architectural decisions, ensure compliance with GASB and related state/federal reporting, and manage transitions from legacy systems to a modern ERP environment.

Formación

• Experience in public sector, government, or regulated financial environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial management.
• Proficiency in process modeling, business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and validation.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable enterprise architecture and design solutions.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement, written documentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams and manage priorities in a complex environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design of the future-state HCM architecture and Position Control.
• Ensure architecture supports GASB, ACFR, SEFA, and statewide reporting requirements.
• Coordinate HCM design dependencies across Workstreams (BPI, Procurement, Payroll, etc.).
• Facilitate requirements validation and document architectural decisions.
• Standardize data definitions, mappings, and governance for enterprise data.
• Align HCM architecture with the ERP platform, prioritizing configuration over customization.
• Support legacy-to-future-state data migration and reconciliation strategies.
• Engage financial leadership and implementation partners to address enterprise needs.
