KellyMitchell Group is seeking an Enterprise Application Consultant to lead the development of a Chart of Accounts design strategy for a government modernization program. The role involves working closely with the Project Manager, facilitating CoA sessions, and ensuring alignment with the ERP modernization milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing a complex, enterprise-wide Chart of Accounts.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial systems or ERP financial management.
• Leadership in at least one enterprise CoA redesign or ERP transformation.
• Experience with governmental fund accounting and GASB standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain the CoA design strategy and workplan with alignment to milestones.
• Co-facilitate all CoA design working sessions with State Finance/CoA Architect.
• Analyze existing CoA structures and reporting requirements for standardization opportunities.
• Prepare structured agendas, pre-read materials, and decision points for two-hour sessions.
• Maintain CoA decision, issue, dependency, and assumption logs for governance.
• Coordinate CoA design decisions across ERP workstreams.
