KellyMitchell Group is partnering with a public-sector organization in Nashville, TN to hire an ERP Reporting & Analytics Lead for a large-scale modernization program. You will evaluate enterprise reporting capabilities, gather business requirements, and develop recommendations to improve reporting, BI, and analytics across the organization.

The role is hybrid with contract duration from November 16, 2026 to June 30, 2027; compensation ranges from $84 to $120 per hour, reflecting experience and

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise reporting, BI, analytics, or related initiatives.
Experience gathering and validating business requirements across stakeholders.
Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL-based reporting, or similar tools.
Strong data quality and reporting metrics understanding.

Responsibilities

Lead assessment of enterprise reports, queries, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to document analytics requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
Evaluate BI, analytics, and AI-enabled reporting capabilities.
Develop future-state reporting recommendations and coordinate project deliverables.
