Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking an experienced ERP Integrations, Data & Quality Lead to guide a large-scale ERP modernization focused on data management, conversion strategy, and integration architecture. You will work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to shape discovery, design, and data governance deliverables.

The role emphasizes strategic assessments and design rather than hands-on development, with hybrid work in Tennessee and contract through mid-2027.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise data management, systems integration, data analysis, ERP systems, or related initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data domains, ownership, stewardship, and governance principles.
• Experience identifying and prioritizing data quality issues and remediation needs.
• Experience assessing enterprise interfaces, data exchanges, and integration requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data mapping, Excel, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and completion of the Data Conversion Strategy milestone with the Project Manager.
• Document data sources, ownership, dependencies, and critical data elements.
• Assess repositories, authoritative sources, data relationships, and data quality considerations.
• Evaluate data disposition approaches including migration, archival, retention, and remediation.
• Identify data conversion scope, source systems, cleansing, mapping, and migration approaches.
• Prioritize data quality and cleansing requirements based on risk and value.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate records retention and archival requirements.
• Lead Technical & Integration Design milestone, assessing existing interfaces and dependencies.
• Update inventories of SFTP transfers, web services, APIs, and other interfaces.
