Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental, Inc. in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Senior Facility Lab Pack Supervisor. The role involves exposure to RCRA and DOT compliance, technical services, transportation, and waste management operations at a permitted facility.

The position reports to the Senior Hazardous Waste Operations Manager and is onsite. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating waste consolidation and outbound transport, and training staff.

Qualifications

5+ years of industry experience or relative Military experience.
Ability to work as a member of a team as well as individually.
Strong communication, problem solving, and relationship building skills.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop the knowledge and experience to manage a permitted facility.
Understand facility permit and local governing agency expectations for waste management.
Assist with general facility compliance including daily/weekly/monthly checks, training, SOP implementation/review, and process review.
Assist with general facility operations including serving as a leading supervisor in absence of key management if the facility coordinator is not available.
Consolidate waste according to permits and customer requirements.
Coordinate outbound loads—setting up deliveries and scheduling transporters.
