Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Facility Specialist in Casa Grande, AZ to manage hazardous and chemical waste programs on-site, ensuring compliance with RCRA and DOT rules. You will coordinate waste handling, training, and safety practices while supporting plant operations and emergency response readiness.

The role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, flexible hours, and a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and safety culture within a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Environmental Science or Business-related degree OR 2+ years of industry experience; military experience acceptable.
• Ability to work as a team and independently.
• Excellent customer service and ability to interact with a broad range of personnel.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass screenings (drug, background, etc.).
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and work overtime/flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge to manage a permitted facility and meet local agency expectations.
• Assist with facility compliance checks, SOPs, training, and process reviews.
• Coordinate waste consolidation, loading, and scheduling transporters.
• Oversee waste determinations, lab operations, and hazardous materials handling.
• Report to Plant Manager and support on-site operations in Casa Grande.
