Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Chemical Treatment Coordinator at our Casa Grande, AZ facility. The role oversees chemical stabilization, neutralization, and evaporation operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient processing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

The ideal candidate has 5-10+ years in the waste industry, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to lead teams and manage regulatory reporting. A forklift license and HazWoper/DOT training are advantageous.

Qualifications

5-10+ years’ experience in hazardous/non-hazardous waste industry.
Experience with chemical stabilization, neutralization and evaporation processes.
Strong technical knowledge and safety mindset.
Willingness to work in PPE and overtime when needed.
OSHA Hazwoper certification and DOT HazMat training preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of chemical stabilization, neutralization, and evaporation processes.
Review incoming waste streams for treatability and profitability.
Ensure compliance with regulations and site procedures.
Collaborate with EH&S to enforce safety protocols.
Recommend hires and manage staff under Plant Manager guidance.
Improve processes to reduce costs and environmental impact.
Monitor operational costs while maintaining service quality.
Conduct regular inspections per protocols.
Stay updated on industry trends and company capabilities.
Support Emergency Response team on on-call rotations.
