Clean Earth seeks a Lab Pack Manager to supervise the lab pack field team and the depacking team at the California facility. You will oversee safe packaging, handling, and processing of retail and lab pack waste, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include project coordination, HR-related duties, and acting as a technical resource for the team and for client services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in General Science or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of field management experience.
• Two or more years of lab packing, segregating pharmaceutical waste, chemical service, or as a truck driver.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the lab pack field team and depacking team, ensuring safe, compliant packaging and handling of retail and lab pack waste.
• Coordinate lab pack field projects including high hazard services, HHW, or other business needs.
• Act as a technical resource for the team, customer service and sales.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
