Job summary
Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Senior Hazardous Waste Operations Manager for our Casa Grande, AZ facility. The role oversees fuels blending, lab pack decommissioning/repackaging, and hazardous waste solids consolidation, with a focus on safety, compliance and throughput optimization.
The ideal candidate has 5-10+ years in hazardous fuels operations, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of safety regulations.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years in hazardous fuels operations.
- Experience with importing/exporting hazardous fuels between Mexico and US.
- Proven managerial experience with strong leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hazardous waste operations, including fuels blending, lab pack decommissioning/repackaging, and solids consolidation.
- Lead, train and mentor staff to achieve high performance and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and SOPs; develop safety protocols with EH&S teams.
- Manage inventory and relationships with downstream kilns and rail operators; oversee rail-related logistics.
