The role involves supervising OT assistants and students, collaborating with hand surgeons and clinicians, and documenting care. A BS degree is required, current OT/PT license, and CHT credential; 3+ years UE rehab preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation and outpatient therapy experience.
• Licensed PT or OT with current state license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing evaluations and establish care plans.
• Provide hand and upper-extremity therapies and splinting as indicated.
• Document services and communicate with the care team.
• Directs and supervises OT assistants and students.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians.
