Job summary

RTX seeks a Senior Subsystem Engineer to lead electrical subsystem development for missile guidance electronics. You will validate, test, and document hardware while collaborating with design teams and government customers. Occasional travel and lab work are expected.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in RF/analog/digital hardware, MBSE knowledge, and a DoD security clearance. The role is onsite in Tucson, AZ, with relocation eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) with relevant experience.
• Five years in RF, analog/power, or digital/mixed-signal hardware development or testing.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance preferred; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and validate electronics design during development programs.
• Develop and execute subsystem requirements, test plans, and reports.
• Lead testing, root-cause analysis, and documentation for hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers; mentor teammates.
