Job summary

European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service and drive center revenue in person at our Gurnee location. This role combines sales with operations, including check-ins, scheduling, and product education.

The ideal candidate brings strong sales and guest service skills, leadership ability, and a results-oriented mindset, with availability in evenings and weekends. Experience in retail or beauty is a plus, and benefits accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.

• Educate guests on the product line.
• Manage front-desk operations including check-ins/outs, scheduling, confirmations, cash handling and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, professional center appearance.

Salary Range: $15.50 - $17.00 Hourly

Full-Time & Part-Time Hourly + Sales Bonuses

European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
