Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality settings.
• Ability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into villas and reviews amenities, services, hours of operation and local activities.
• Responds to questions and requests, coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explains room features (keys, ice, vending) to guests.
• Follows up to ensure requests are met to satisfaction.
• Answers calls and routes to proper departments.
• Prioritizes outstanding issues from previous day and resolves them.
• Assists management with training new associates or hourly duties.
