This full‑time winter seasonal role emphasizes leadership and exceptional guest service during peak periods. The position includes supervising during the absence of the Guest Services Manager, handling cash and sales, and ensuring smooth front‑line operations

Qualifikationen

• Passionate about guest service and hospitality.
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with POS systems and reservation software.
• Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork.
• Experience handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Two years of customer service, hospitality, retail, recreation, or sales.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day guidance to Guest Services Agents.
• Assist with lift tickets, rentals, season passes, lessons.
• Support training and lead in the manager's absence.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Handle high volumes of guest interactions with a positive attitude.
• Process sales transactions and manage cash handling.
• Operate and troubleshoot POS and reservation systems.
• Maintain clean, organized, welcoming work areas.
• Represent the company professionally with guests and staff.
