European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. The role involves greeting guests, promoting services and products, and managing front-desk operations with a high-energy, customer-first approach.

Ideal candidates have strong sales and leadership skills, a passion for targets, and availability to work evenings and weekends in a retail beauty setting. This position is in-person at our Rialto center.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, products, and promotions; sell passes and rebook guests.
• Educate guests on exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations: check-ins/outs, reservations, calls, cash handling, inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional center appearance.
• Be a role model and lead peers to reach their potential.
