European Wax Center is seeking a motivated and passionate Lead Guest Sales Associate to join our team in a leadership role guiding Guest Sales Associates and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will promote services, upsell products, manage scheduling, and collaborate with management to improve sales strategies while maintaining a welcoming environment. Evening and weekend availability is a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or sales experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
• Proficient in scheduling software.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Detail-oriented with focus on guest satisfaction and sales growth.

Responsibilities
