Job summary

European Wax Center in Marina Del Rey, CA is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, promote services, and drive center revenue in a sales-driven environment.

We value strong sales and guest service skills, leadership and communication abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required; prior retail or beauty industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote services, products and promotions, sell passes and rebook guests to hit sales goals.
• Educate guests on the exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, confirmations, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Model leadership and motivate peers to reach their full potential.
