Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Marina Del Rey to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. You will greet guests, promote services and products, and rebook clients to meet sales goals.

The role emphasizes strong sales and communication, a fast-paced retail environment, and availability to work evenings and weekends. In-person position with training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins/check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
