Job summary

European Wax Center in Miami, FL is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate (front desk) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role requires strong sales skills and leadership in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will greet guests, promote services and products, train team members, manage front-desk tasks, and help maintain a welcoming, organized center. Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred, with opportunities for bonuses and career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one to two years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
