Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate in Schaumburg, IL to deliver exceptional guest service and drive center revenue. This in-person role offers hourly pay with sales bonuses and requires availability for evenings and weekends.

The position focuses on greeting guests, promoting services, managing front-desk operations, and educating customers on products while leading and training fellow associates.

Job Details: Job Location: 2470 W. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, IL - Schaumburg, IL 60194. Salary Range: $15.50 - $17.00 hourly. Full-Time & Part-Time. Hourly + Sales Bonuses. Work Location: In person.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
