• Educate guests on exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations: check-ins/outs, reservations, confirmations, cash handling, inventory.
• Maintain a clean, professional center appearance.
• Train and mentor other Guest Service Associates.
• Lead by example to help peers reach full potential.
