Job summary

European Wax Center in Alameda, CA is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role emphasizes greeting guests, promoting services, and rebooking to meet sales goals.

The position requires strong sales and leadership abilities, with availability for evenings and weekends. Training others and maintaining a polished front desk are key responsibilities in a fast-paced beauty retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required OR one–two years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
