Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate in Temecula to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. The role is in person, with both full-time and part-time options, and includes training responsibilities and sales support.

The ideal candidate has strong sales, leadership, and communication skills, and availability for evenings and weekends. Benefits include 401k match, health/vision/dental insurance, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED accepted with related experience.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training acceptable.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check ins/outs, reservations, confirmations, cash handling, inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for peers, leading others to their full potential.
