About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Guest Attendant to join our team at LivAway in Richland, WA. If you are an energetic leader with a passion for hospitality and team development, we want to hear from you! In this highly visible customer service role, you will be the face of our property and the first point of contact for our guests. You will assist in leading some operations in the absence of the General Manager or assisting them with leading the team, ensuring that our service standards are consistently exceeded.
