Chateau Marmont seeks a Guest Attaché Supervisor to deliver tailored services with discretion and anticipation for luxury guests. You will oversee room readiness, guest requests, and coordination with Housekeeping while maintaining inventory and a high standard of service.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing the amenity program, and ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure, in a luxury Los Angeles setting.

Qualificações

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field with corresponding experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5+ years’ work experience in a Luxury property is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the final gatekeeper for room preparedness and guest requests.
• Supervise all Housekeeping staff to ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Lead the office cleanliness program and maintain inventory.
• Greet arriving guests and manage guest services with discretion and professionalism.

Formação académica

2-year degree in Hospitality Management or related

4-year bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related
