Job summary

Chrome Hearts LLC is seeking a Housekeeping/Room Attendant at our Malibu property to maintain guest rooms and public areas to luxury standards. You will ensure rooms are clean, refreshed, and guest-ready for arrival, supporting an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning suites, replenishing amenities, reporting issues, and coordinating with team members while upholding safety and privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, organized, and responsive to guest and team needs.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Professional demeanor and respect for guest privacy and personal belongings.
• Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and restock room supplies.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, floors, and bathroom areas.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost property to the appropriate team.
• Respond to housekeeping requests and coordinate with other hotel staff as needed.
• Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and equipment in an organized condition.
• Follow established safety, sanitation, and guest privacy procedures.
• Maintain open communication with the Hotel Manager regarding issues, priorities, and opportunities for improvement.
