Archer, a leader in advanced air mobility, seeks a GSOC Operations Lead/Analyst to monitor security systems, coordinate incident responses, and produce concise intelligence for leadership.

This is a proof‑of‑concept role with autonomy to shape workflows, write SOPs, and build the GSOC and intelligence function from scratch as the program matures.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in GSOC or intelligence roles, strong judgment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in GSOC or security ops, dispatch, monitoring, or intelligence analysis.
  • Ability to monitor multiple systems and stay calm under pressure during incidents.
  • Strong judgment in ambiguous situations where protocols are evolving.
  • Experience writing protocols/SOPs and building workflows for security programs.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and set standards for a growing program.
  • Open-source research skills and ability to learn OSINT tradecraft quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor alarms, surveillance, access control, and life-safety systems across sites.
  • Dispatch response to incidents and escalate according to SOPs.
  • Document incidents with logs, notes, and shift summaries.
  • Provide real-time support to field security and executive protection.
  • Conduct OSINT monitoring to identify threats to personnel and assets.
  • Produce intelligence products and timely alerts for leadership.
