Job summary

People Inc. is seeking a GSOC Coordinator to serve in the Global Security Operations Center, handling security incidents, intelligence work and crisis management. The role requires in-office duties and strong judgment, discretion and writing abilities.

The Coordinator will monitor security systems, conduct open-source intelligence, support executive protection, and provide operational support for travel, events and incidents. In-office requirement reflects the hands-on nature of the work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, intelligence studies, security management, emergency management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in law enforcement, intelligence, investigations, corporate security, emergency management, or related field.
• Strong writing and report-writing skills; ability to work independently in a command center.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate the GSOC and monitor alarms, CCTV, access control, life-safety systems and other security tech.
• Receive, assess, document and coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies and requests for assistance.
• Dispatch security personnel and escalate to Security Management and partners.
• Prepare and distribute mass notifications and incident updates.
• Support documentation, audits, metrics and training materials for security operations.
