Job summary

People Inc. is seeking an experienced GSOC Coordinator to support the Global Security Operations Center, including incident management, intelligence research, and executive protection tasks.

This full-time, in-office role reports to the Manager, GSOC & Intelligence and requires strong writing and sound judgment. The position emphasizes monitoring security systems, coordinating responses, and producing timely reports and briefing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong written communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to independently operate a command center and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate the GSOC and monitor alarms, CCTV, access control, and life-safety systems.
• Dispatch security personnel and coordinate responses to incidents.
• Prepare incident reports, intelligence summaries, and briefing materials.
• Monitor travel, geopolitical risk, and crisis situations for executives and offices.
• Support program documentation, audits, and training materials.

Education

Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, intelligence studies, security management, emergency management, or related field
