Job summary

Archer invites applications for a senior GSOC Lead Intelligence Operator to manage core monitoring and dispatch operations, while performing protective intelligence, OSINT risk monitoring, and travel risk monitoring. This role requires independent judgment, SOP authoring, and mentorship of fellow operators as the GSOC program matures.

You will configure security systems, support executive protection, and produce timely intelligence products, logs, and briefings while coordinating with security

Qualifications

• Experience in GSOC or security operations, including senior/lead operator
• Ability to make decisions independently with mature judgment
• Hands-on experience configuring security systems and alerting
• Ability to author SOPs, protocols, and workflows
• Ability to mentor other operators while remaining an individual contributor
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Open-source research skills and OSINT familiarity
• Comfort working across multiple security and technology platforms

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms, video surveillance, access control, and life-safety systems across sites.
• Dispatch incidents and requests for assistance with sound, timely decisions.
• Set standard and provide escalation guidance for fellow operators.
• Document incidents with logs and summaries; maintain communications.
• Provide real-time support to field security and executive protection teams.
• Configure and tune GSOC tools, alerts, and thresholds.
• Develop SOPs, protocols, and workflows for the team.
• Conduct OSINT monitoring and threat assessment across sources.
• Support executive protection with protective intelligence and event risk.
• Produce concise incident logs, spot reports, and intelligence briefs.
