Job summary

Giants Ridge, managed by Guest Services, Inc., is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Lead to supervise outdoor maintenance year-round. You will guide teams in landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, and safety inspections while coordinating with the Director of Facilities.

The role involves winter plowing and sanding duties, equipment operation, and ensuring safe, guest-ready grounds across properties in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years landscaping/grounds experience.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and guiding grounds staff and snow removal techs.
• Coordinate seasonal landscaping and groundskeeping tasks with the Director.
• Perform mowing, pruning, planting, and general landscape maintenance.
• Lead winter snow removal operations including plowing and salting.
• Operate and maintain equipment; manage maintenance supplies.
