Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. is seeking a dependable Commercial Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial grounds project in Clay County.

You will supervise a crew of up to six, train staff, schedule work, manage timekeeping, and ensure safe operation of equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and able to maintain strong relationships with onsite clients while promoting safety and quality on every task.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass Level II background check.
• Experience supervising grounds maintenance or outdoor crews is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a commercial grounds project.
