This full-time, salaried role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining safety, and mentoring staff, with bonus opportunities for special assignments and holidays. The position supports field operations across multiple job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of landscaping, field operations, or project coordination experience.
• Strong leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Groundskeeping Laborers on multiple projects.
• Coordinate daily schedules, assignments, and crew allocations.
• Prioritize resources to meet operations and budgets.
• Monitor progress, quality, and report issues to Area Manager.
• Drive to job sites transporting crews, materials, and equipment.
• Inspect sites and submit improvement recommendations.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by all team members.
• Mentor coordinators and promote teamwork.
• Assist with hiring, promotions, or disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain project logs, timesheets, and quality reports.
• Perform additional tasks as directed.
