Challenge Enterprises of North Florida is hiring a Commercial Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a profitable grounds maintenance project. You will supervise up to six crew members, train staff, schedule shifts, and manage timekeeping and HR records to ensure high-quality results.

The role emphasizes strong customer relations, equipment operation safety, and daily project performance. A hands-on leader who can guide the team and maintain safety standards is preferred.
