Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping on properties including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting.
• Prepare trucks, load equipment, and ensure safety and readiness of tools.
• Maintain and repair grounds equipment and manage mulch, soil, and plantings.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as required.
• Cleanup site, watch for debris, and maintain cleanliness.
