Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a remote Senior Sustainability Program Manager in the United States to develop and manage energy and sustainability initiatives across a real estate portfolio. You will drive cost savings, coordinate with client teams, and leverage data analytics to optimize performance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires a deep understanding of HVAC, electrical and building automation systems, plus extensive experience in CRE sustainability

Qualifications

• University degree in science, engineering, math or related field
• Certified Energy Manager (CEA) preferred
• 10+ years in sustainable operations, engineering, facilities management or related field
• Strong knowledge of energy conservation measures in CRE

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize energy and sustainability programs with the client’s team.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across JLL to meet energy, waste and water KPIs.
• Monitor, report, and improve ESG metrics and cost savings initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders in multiple locations and time zones.
• Apply data analytics to verify data integrity and drive ongoing improvements.
