Job summary

Invited, Hunter's Green Country Club in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Head Golf Professional to lead golf operations, deliver exceptional member service, and drive engagement. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for golf excellence.

You will oversee golf shop operations, provide instruction to members and guests, and develop clinics and programs for all ages while promoting revenue-generating initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in golf operations and customer service.
• PGA or LPGA Certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and friendly customer service across all areas of the pro-shop.
• Provide high-quality golf instruction to members and guests in accordance with Invited and PGA/LPGA standards.
• Develop and promote golf clinics, private lessons, and programs for adults, juniors, and seniors.
• Lead and supervise golf shop operations and staff performance.
• Plan and execute tournaments and special golf events, ensuring coordination with Food & Beverage and other areas.
